Our admissions process is designed to be straightforward and informative, ensuring that families understand every step along the way. Follow the steps below to apply for admission.

Step 1: Explore Our School

We encourage prospective students and families to learn more about what makes Imagine the View unique. Visit our Academics page to explore our programs, extracurricular activities, and student support services. You can also schedule a Campus Tour or attend one of our Open House Events to see our innovative learning environment in action.

Step 2: Submit an Interest Form

Families interested in learning more about Imagine the View Preparatory Academy should begin by submitting an Interest Form. This form helps us understand your child’s educational needs and gives us the opportunity to share relevant information about our programs and admissions timeline.

Student’s full name, grade level, and contact information

Previous school transcripts or academic reports 

Parent/Guardian contact information

Any relevant documentation related to special educational needs or accommodations

Step 3: Attend a Family Interview

Once the interest form is reviewed, selected families will be invited to schedule a Family Interview with our admissions team. During this meeting, we will discuss the student’s goals, learning needs, and how Imagine the View Preparatory can support their academic journey. It’s also an opportunity for families to ask questions and learn more about our school’s mission and values.

Step 4: Submit an Application

Once families have toured the school, they can proceed with completing our Online Application. Pay the non-refundable application fee of $150. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the application. Payment can be made online during the application submission process.

Step 5: Take the Admissions Assessment

All students will be required to take an Admissions Assessment as part of the evaluation process. This assessment helps us understand the student’s current academic standing and identify any areas where additional support may be needed. The assessment will cover reading, writing, and math skills appropriate for the student’s grade level.

Step 6: Review and Acceptance

Following the family interview and admissions assessment, the admissions committee will carefully review the application and provide families with an admissions decision within 2-3 weeks. Accepted students will receive an Acceptance Package via email with further instructions on the next steps, including enrollment and orientation details.

Step 7: Secure Your Spot

Once accepted, families must confirm their spot by submitting the Enrollment Deposit (applied toward tuition) and completing the Enrollment Agreement. This step officially reserves your child’s place at Imagine the View for the upcoming school year.

Step 8: Orientation and Welcome

Before the start of the academic year, students and families will be invited to attend an Orientation Session where they will meet teachers, explore the curriculum, and learn more about our school culture. Orientation will ensure a smooth transition for both students and parents as they begin their journey with us.
